With the below instructions, I'm assuming that the sax is on the Soloist track.
This should do the job,
1. Right-click on bar 1.
2. Press F5 (or right-click and select bar settings)
3. Set the Soloist track to 'mute'
4. Right-click on bar 33 (the start of the sax solo)
5. Press F5
6. Set the Soloist track back to 'normal'
