Hi Richh,
If you click the Play menu, then Freeze All Tracks, they won't regenerate anymore, and will play the same way each time.
If you highlight bars 24-28 with your mouse, then click the Loop button (to the right of Play and Generate and Play, then Band-in-a-Box will loop those 4 bars indefinitely. There won't be a count-in though, sorry. The only way to get that would be to copy and paste the chords from those bars to bar 1, and set up 1-5 as your chorus, you can get them to play with a count-in.
