Salve a tutti.
Uso Band In A Box 2009 da pochissimo, per cui chiedo scusa se la domanda che pongo può essere 'banale' ai più....
In modo notazione modificabile, come si fa ad inserire una terzina di sedicesimi (semicrome) ?
(Per le terzine di crome non c'è assolutamente problema).

Salve Antonio,
non è del tutto semplice da spiegare, e se non sbaglio con la versione 2009 potrebbe risultare quasi impossibile.
Per non riempirti di spiegazioni che invece di aiutarti potrebbero solo confonderti le idee, ed anche perché è da molto tempo che non faccio una cosa simile su BiaB e potrei non ricordare correttamente alcuni passaggi, ti pregherei prima di chiarire alcuni dettagli:
1) stai inserendo manualmente le note nella finestra di notazione modificabile o stai solo correggendo qualche nota in una traccia sviluppata dal programma?
2) nella finestra di notazione modificabile su quale traccia stai lavorando?
3) sei a conoscenza del fatto che puoi salvare note inserite da te o modificare note già esistenti solo nelle tracce Melodia e Solista?
Se fai questo in altre tracce, puoi salvarle solo esportandole in midifile e prima di far rieseguire il brano dal programma, perché altrimenti in quest’ultimo caso lui ricostruirebbe le parti strumentali in base alle impostazioni native dello Style che stai utilizzando, cancellando le tue modifiche.

Ciao Sergio e grazie per la risposta alla quale rispondo che:
1) sto inserendo manualmente le note nella finestra di notazione modificabile.
Devo inserire nel tempo di un quarto: 1/8 e una terzina di sedicesimi.
2)3) la traccia su cui sto lavorando è 'solista', vorrei spostare le note nella traccia 'melodia' ma non so come si fa. :-(
Non conoscendo Band In A Box non posso esprimermi... credo però che le terzine di sedicesimi debbano essere contemplate in qualsiasi versione :-)

In merito allo spostamento di una traccia:
nella parte alta della finestra del programma (in quella fila di Menu che inizia con File, Modifica, Opzioni, ecc.) clicca sulla voce Solista e poi ancora sulla riga Modifica traccia Solista, vedrai un elenco di sottomenu tra i quali potrai facilmente individuare le righe Copia alla Traccia Melodia e Sposta alla traccia Melodia.
Puoi fare la stessa cosa all’incontrario partendo cioè dal menu Melodia.

Mi scuso anticipatamente per l’attesa e la lunghezza di questo testo! Spero possa comunque rivelarsi utile e nel caso la memoria mi avesse tradito, mi auguro che qualcuno possa correggermi per non lasciarti in difficoltà. 1) La brutta notizia: quello che vorresti fare apparentemente non si può fare! E’ importante rendersi conto che Band-in-a-Box è stato prodotto con uno scopo ben preciso, e non è quello della notazione musicale. Pur offrendo tra le sue opzioni anche la possibilità di interagire con la notazione, ad esempio proprio con l’inserimento di ben 2 parti strumentali, pure manualmente e nota per nota, bisogna accettare il fatto che essa ha dei limiti, ed a parer mio assolutamente non incriminabili. Del resto nessuno si sognerebbe di criticare l’ultimo modello di berlina BMW super accessoriata e tecnologica solo perché non naviga nel Canal Grande, pur essendo un mezzo di trasporto! 2) La bella notizia: qualche anno addietro ho intravvisto una via alternativa e, memoria permettendo, proverò a illustrartela! Quando cercai di fare una cosa come quella che chiedi passavo dalla versione 2009 alla 2010. A quei tempi utilizzavo quasi esclusivamente midi (l’audio solo su software esterni) e impostavo molti arrangiamenti con tracce di Melodia e Solista (spesso utilizzandoli proprio entrambi) scritte da me su programmi tipo Finale e successivamente importati in formato midi nelle 2 tracce dove questo era consentito. L’ immagine che allego è divisa in 3 sezioni, nella sezione A puoi notare alcune misure con una banale melodia che in un paio di punti raffigura una successione di note che ti sarà familiare, una terzina in sedicesimi ed una croma che chiude il movimento da un quarto. Nella sezione B osserva i 3 piccoli frammenti della seconda misura dopo l’importazione midi nella traccia Melodia di BiaB. Ognuno di questi 3 frammenti consente di vedere come sono state riconosciute quelle note dal programma ma con 3 diversi Styles impostati nell’arrangiamento. Band-in-a-Box cataloga i suoi Styles in 2 principali grandi gruppi: Lineari e Swing. Nell'elenco Styles li trovi contraddistinti da poche semplici lettere: ev (o Lin) e sw. Questi 2 grandi gruppi volendo potrebbero essere suddivisi a loro volta in sottocategorie (ad esempio Swing in 12/8, Lineari in 3/4, ecc.), ma nella finestra di notazione modificabile la differenza, dal punto di vista grafico, si riduce alla quantità di linee tratteggiate verticali all'interno di ogni misura (o battuta), generalmente 3 con uno stile Swing e 4 con gli stili Lineari. Questa visualizzazione è modificabile, basta un clic col destro del mouse all’altezza del movimento che ti interessa nella barra del tempo (una linea orizzontale che scorre parallela al pentagramma poco sopra di esso), ti appare una piccola scheda titolata Risoluzione battuta (la puoi osservare nella sezione C della mia figura). Modificando i valori di risoluzione cambiano le opzioni di scrittura nella finestra di notazione modificabile. Il riconoscimento delle note importate via midi, dal punto di vista grafico, cambia in funzione sia di queste impostazioni di risoluzione, che della tipologia di Styles impostato (Swing o Lineare), ma dal punto di vista sonoro (ossia con l’esecuzione vera e propria delle note) il programma ha rispettato quanto io desideravo nella quasi totalità dei casi, indipendentemente da quanto mostrava graficamente a video! Perché ho scritto nella quasi totalità dei casi? Attento al rapporto tra Style selezionato (è sempre utile leggere le sue caratteristiche), divisione metrica e ritmica, note inserite, ecc., ecc.! Da quanto ho letto sulle caratteristiche dell’ultima versione 2018, sembra siano state effettuate modifiche e inserite nuove opzioni nell’area notazione e spartito, forse qualcuna di queste modifiche ora consente più libertà in fase di notazione manuale. Solo chi la sta utilizzando però potrebbe confermare o smentire quest’ipotesi, come ti avevo già sottolineato io utilizzo ancora la versione 2017. Sergio

Un paio di dimenticanze!
In merito all’importazione nella traccia Melodia di una traccia da file midi:
clic sul Menu Melodia, sulla riga Modifica Melodia, e sulla riga Importa Melodia da file Midi.
Per importare nella traccia Solista si usa la stessa procedura partendo dal Menu adeguato.
Tra i sottomenu di Modifica Melodia (come in quelli di Modifica Solista) è rintracciabile la riga Modifica Melodia passo per passo (o Modifica Solista passo per passo).
Le impostazioni accessibili in queste schede sono di grande utilità, consentono di modificare, cancellare, inserire note con precisione chirurgica. Sono accessibili i dati di posizionamento all’interno della misura, di canale, di durata, di volume, di dinamica.

Grazie Sergio, sia per la disponibilità che per la chiarezza.
Nel frattempo, avevo scritto le note del mio brano swing in Guitar Pro, salvato in formato MIDI ed importato il file in Band in a Box.
La notazione interessata era: 1/8 + terzina di sedicesimi.
Band in a Box, importato il file MIDI, lo esegue correttamente.
La scrittura su pentagramma è avvenuta nel modo seguente :
1) in modo notazione non modificabile con 4 sedicesimi.
2) in modo notazione modificabile, togliendo la spunta su risoluzione terzine, con 1 ottavo, 1 sedicesimo, 2 sedicesimi uno sopra l'altro.

With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums.
