If the computer doesn't have direct email, you might be able to copy the entire message like this: Control-A to select All, Control-C to Copy All, Start your email program, create a new email to support@pgmusic.com, then in the body of the new email, Control-V to paste the entire message. (What? You got an error? In the program? Really?  ) Are you running as Administrator? That's the first question you'll be asked.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
