Hi guys, I,ve been gone for a little while. In the meantime I've worked on this Blues kind of tune that I wrote in honor the great Aretha Franklin. Had a hard time finding a suitable solo for it but I think I finally got it. Hope you all enjoy it. Aretha Blues Mike B.

Hi cubanpete, I admired the overall vibe on this. The different elements really glue well together and I really dug the chord progression. I Love the horns too, they sound very warm. Keep it up!

Mike, you not only got it you nailed it. Super use of the horns. Are these RTs or a MIDI thing?

What a tune, Mike! This song is huge - I love that groove, and the horns sections are top notch. A fantastic tribute. The bluesy vibe that glues it all together is great too. You should be proud of this one - thanks for sharing
