There's a Gender parameter which (I assume) shifts formants.

As for workflow, you can export MIDI from BiaB, and import it into Synthesizer V. Unfortunately, that doesn't include lyrics. You can also export a backing track from BiaB into Synthesizer V, and create the audio track from scratch.

I've got some Lua code that can read XML generated by BiaB and convert it to phonemes in a format that my own synthesis program expects. If I get some spare time, I'll see if I can get it to output the json format that Synthesizer V expects.

Kanru's built tools that automate the creation of new voices. I would expect that there will be additional, higher quality voices for Synthesizer V in the near future - if the project becomes successful.
