Regarding Options - Preferences - Channels, you should not be messing with those channel numbers. This won't help you, I'd leave them all on the defaults, and simply use "Forced MIDI Channel", like I described previously.

Regarding volume changes, if you hit the # button in the Notation Window, you can access the MIDI Event List, that's where these volume changes will be hiding, you can delete them there.

Is Band-in-a-Box still crashing when you try to assign Kontakt to the Soloist track?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how you currently have things set up, and what exactly is going wrong at the moment. If you're able to contact us directly through the Live Help (chat) feature on our website during tech support hours, I'll be happy to go go over your settings with you, and even connect to your computer via TeamViewer if needed. We'll probably get everything sorted in 20 minutes that way.

Thanks

Ok, thank's a lot Kent for trying to help me out here again. As I just wrote in the other post, I found the reason and now it works with the sound out from Kontakt.. I never had to change anything before, so I was surprised to find that i needed to use the WAS sound driver. It is probably a Kontakt thing... So I will now change the title of this post to SOLVED...;)
