Hi Soulagent,
In the Audio Edit Window, please try this: Left-click on the part of the waveform that should correspond with bar 1, then right-click and select "Mark this point as bar 1 for the song".
Does that do the trick?

PG Music Yes, that should do it for the poster's song. The next step is to make the change permanent. Once the song and audio are synced, from the Audio Edit Window, Right-Click again and select "Permanently Apply Bar 1 Offset to Track by Deleting or Inserting Silence" A message will appear telling how much time is being added or deleted, select OK and the change will be permanently applied.
