You can also simply drag and drop from any of the individual trackfiles or from the Master in BIAB to move audio or midi to Reaper.

Just like the warning that you should set the tempo in Reaper first, so it matches the tracks being dragged in, once the files are moved, you also need to save the Reaper file with "move all media to reaper project" before you close so the actual audio and midi files move out of the BIAB temp folder into the reaper project folder.

Hope that does not sound complicated - it is not. Reaper and BIAB are a perfect combination.
