When BIAB doesn't do what it usually does, I first try the "Return to factory settings" found under the Options menu. BEFORE DOING THIS, though, save your current configuration (also under the Options menu). When returning to factory settings, I try the "most" option first (this leaves audio and midi drivers untouched) and the the "all" option second. If neither of those options help, I reload in the original configuration that I saved. If the above does not work... Try setting up BIAB as described at the following link. This is the most basic of setups and it's the best one to begin problem solving with.
