So I got it. It's -5C here. It's -50C between here and Victoria. That thing was cold. So I'm treating it like my cameras and lenses. Bring them in out of the cold and put it in a plastic zip bag. Condensation on the outside of the bag not inside the device.

I could have put that sucker in glass of coke instead of ice man.

I did plug it in and it works fine, I'm just going to leave it heat up while I go shopping for groceries. Let's see, Red wine, red wine, um..single malt, blended, Havana Club 7 yr amber rum, red wine, kippers, branston pickle, cheddar, dark beer, red wine...black rye bread, a bottle of Jamisons, or two...I'm good until Sunday!
