It is a nice song made with the golden chord progression I - VIm - IV - V7.
I agree with Ezekiel's Storm.
I also get a 50s vibe or early 60s pre-Beatles with your song.

Not having much clue about MIDI, I`m curious why you went that route rather than RT`s?

Thanks for your comments.
Midi is more versatile and I get to pick my own sound from various sources, I also feel midi has more of a presence, Real tracks sound a bit distant and weaker sound, midi feels stronger and nearer more like a piano player would sound if he was playing the piano next to you and you where singing and playing guitar in the same room.

Cool song... I just finished watching The History of the Eagles on Netflix again.... JD is a big influence and collaborator in their songs. They all lived together in the early days.... Jackson Brown was in that mix too.
Your song is good. I liked it. Playful and light feeling.
Nits: I couldn't really hear the bass all that well.... I actually had to look at the OP to see if there was a bass track.... and yep.. there was. Also, not a fan of the non-tonic chord ending. It felt unfinished.

Yeah, I love this! Great writing and vocals. Old school, but that’s a good school in my book  Nice arrangement too, the little spoken word bit after the solo was very effective. Well done, enjoyed the listen.

I really liked this! Bouncy, perky and all those other words imply all that. Your vocal is really, really spot on - very nice job! Thanks for a really cool listen! BTW, I'm a fan of occasionally ending a song on an "off' chord. I tend to use the 6 minor a lot, sometimes the 4maj7. Best to you.
