But does musescore have anything like real tracks to make an accompaniment?

I record the BiaB screen (in notation view) with Camtasia to make play along videos, like this:

I could record the duet in lead sheet view--I figured out how to make it have just one stave showing.

I was also thinking of putting the two parts of the duet in separate files and recording them separately, but I'm not sure I can get the two recordings to sync. But maybe if I zoom in on Camtasia I can line up the beats that play at the beginning of the song. Camtasia shows a graph of the sound.

I used the lead sheet method you suggested to make a PDF file for the video. I took the chromatic harmonica tabs out.
