OK, this sounds like a different issue then. That thread was describing a problem where if the primary monitor used a lower resolution, then BIAB would only be able to maximize to that resolution on a larger secondary monitor.
Do you have the same issue if Band-in-a-Box is on the primary monitor?

PG Music No primary monitor works fine - BIAB adjusts vertically and horizontally.
