Hey Noel96, You beat me to it! He is absolutely right though, this sounds like an admin conflict. Since you just downloaded this, you may also want to go to Help > About Band-in-the-Box to ensure you are on the latest build (520) If you happen to be a build or two behind, just update to 520 here: http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm
