There are many tools out there that help most are cheap or free. In my case these days I tend to use Ozone which has streaming level pretty much preset. In the chain I also have the Youlean LUFS meter which is a free download. (The Melda meter used in the video also free is harder than Youlean to interpreters I think.) I also have Voxengo Span in the chain which also displays the true levels not that I use it for loudness. I let Ozone do its thing set at -14LUFS. Normally that is all I need.

I used to use Limiter No 6 which is free and similar (not to look at) to the Tokyo Dawn version (based on the uglier looking free jobby). Using Limiter 6 it was simply a matter of looking at the Youlean LUFS meter and setting the levels. Very simple.
