BIAB has limitations when it comes to Cb.

If you have a look under the key signature settings, there is no Cb major key (even though Ab minor is listed). BIAB interprets Cb as its enharmonic equivalent of B. BIAB is also limited when it comes to displaying the note Fb (which is in the key of Ab minor) and will display it as E.

While a chord backing in the key of G# minor (5 sharps) will sound the same as a backing in the key of Ab minor, if you want to read the music in seven flats, it is necessary to export the song to music notation software and create a lead sheet there.
