You can't just save a PowerTracks sequence in a format that Studio One understands. You should instead make note of how you set up your MIDI tracks (which VSTi you used; any additional effects; etc) and then export to MIDI (or XML), which you can them import back into Studio One. Likewise, for audio tracks, you'll need to render each of the tracks to a WAV file, which you can then drag into Studio One (also, make note of any effects on each of the tracks, so you can replicate that in Studio One).
