You need to put a separate instance of Sforzando on each track. Use the command to load a VSTi in either an unused slot or in a slot you specify. Select the appropriate instrument on each track. Sforzando is not multi timbral and can only play one sound per instance. If you load the same port VSTi on multiple tracks, you can't assign a different instrument to each track with Sforzando. That's why you need the separate instances.
