AWESOME!!!! This is a clinic in songwriting!! Sweet, sentimental (but not overly), humorous, and clever without feeling that it's trying to hard. The message of the song, and the quality of writing brings to mind Bonnie Raitt's Something to talk about (that was actually an outside write by an unknown) and Rickie Lee's Chuckie's in Love. Everything (song, mix, production) is totally nailed here!!! Wonderful Floyd!! Take care. Greg Greg - this is definitely one of my favorite reviews ever! Not sure that this song can get even close to those two comparisons, but I certainly appreciate the thought!!! You made me go listen to Ricki Lee Jones - haven't thought of that song in SO very long... so thanks for that, too...
