I would re-install BIAB 2009.5 (assuming you still have the disks and/or installation files, which you should) to a different folder, point RealTracks/RealDrums to your 2010 installation (they're the same files), make sure you have the latest patch update, and then open your frozen file in 2009.5. From there, you can hopefully either unfreeze, or save as WAV, or whatever. Save it (probably with a different name until you know all is well) and open it in BIAB 2010. You can have both active on the same machine (just make sure your shortcut points to the correct one).

On my machine, I have every version from version 8 through 2010 installed (that would be version 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.5, 2008.5, 2009.5, and 2010). All of them work fine. I don't need to do that, but thought it would be fun and somewhat nostalgic.
