Very nicely articulated. THIS is your signature tone - the overdriven tone that is. Keep backup copies of that patch somewhere. Now, work from that patch, explore some corners, but come back to this one.
Regarding this particular effort:
I wouldn't have changed to the clean tone quite in the same place - would have waited to the next phrase.
Almost nailed some volume swells there at 2:25. That would have been cool there.
I do agree with Richard - clearly your best work and least 'cluttered' with delay getting in the way of your tone. Can you believe that UX2 only costs what it does? Imagine all of the gear that you would have had to buy to simply record that tone.
Are you recording directly from the UX2 to the PC this time?
