Keith, I remember many such discussion. I believe the license is to one person, and Larry is correct. If you transfer the product, you transfer all of the product; in other words, you would have to buy it anew.
That's what I was told several years ago. I doubt the policy has changed. I understand it the same as Josie. It makes perfect sense that PG can't allow transferring the software to a third party.
