I had a very similar issue some time back, and, IIRC, it had to do with me leaving the "Normalize Tracks" or something similarly named unchecked somehow. Don't have the program with me atm, but I'm pretty sure if you drag it into the + symbol in the middle of the Drag & Drop station, that pops up as an option in the dialogue box... Maybe that option is not default in the 64 bit version? Or I could be totally off track on why you're having this issue, but it can't hurt to try :-)
