Great little trick, Deacon!
I've been avoiding using strings because of those really bad transitions between chords, but this video gave me some hope for future productions.

after trying this technique, I ran into a problem when I tried saving the generated Medley track as a Wav file to use in my Cakewalk DAW... BiaB only wanted to save it as a "type W" file..?
Where can I find more info on using the Medley feature in the Realtracks picker page?

So to clarify; my video specifically addresses "section-based" RTs that are comprised of of several (for the most part) monophonic instruments (e.g. horns, string instruments) when working in tandem. As for other RTs, the quality definitely varies in that respect. For curiosity's sake, I'm interested in knowing what specific RTs you are having issues with, and what progressions you are playing them over (if you don't mind sharing this info).
