Hi Pat. When I've encountered that issue with different software in the past, the best thing would be to go back to that 2 monitor set up and place the software back to the main screen. Then when you go to the one monitor set up it should work.

There are some deep Windows registry settings regarding the number of monitors you have and associated settings.

Here's a key I played with when I was having issues: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration\ (DON'T MESS WITH THE REGISTRY IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT YOU ARE DOING)

When you have multiple monitors the subfolders are numbered 00, 01, 02, etc for each monitor.

In my case I removed all the sub keys and rebooted the computer to allow new keys to generate.
