New styles that are incomplete should not be included in the upgrade but instead sold as part of the 49PAKs if that is where some RTs are located.

Furthermore, it's taken four days to get an answer to a very simple question. Neither Cat from sales nor Ember from Technical Support knew that the styles were not complete, even though I had repeatedly asked if this was the case, i.e. are styles included in the annual upgrade that require RTs that are not included in the upgrade for 2019 or previous years, yes or no? I even asked this question in these forums, and no one answered definitively. (Noel did suggest the answer, but only suggested it.) If PG Music is selling incomplete styles in the upgrades EVERYONE should KNOW all about it, including customers.

In addition, instead of 800, these should say 49PAK or 2019_49PAK or something like that just as other RTs do.

Quite frankly, all the evidence I've seen shows that this is a big screwup on somebody's part. This certainly was not thought all the way through, and it's not been fully implemented.

Dave, your points are fair! I have also felt deceived when they sold me a 49-PAK and then the following year included those same RealTracks in the "202 New RealTracks". I suspect they still do that but I have lost the interest to bother checking since I am generally satisfied with what I am getting in the actual new tracks.

To be fair, I don't think they are intending to deceive. I just think they are careless and a little too aggressive with the marketing hype.
