When I open songpicker in it's home folder x/bb/songs it tells me it's empty and I have to rebuild the songlist.
I see songpicker writes a songfilelist and a log in x/bb/data.
Next time I open songpicker in the same homefolder it appears empty again and asks me to rebuild etc.
I transferred all my songs to xx/bb/songs and i can see them in explorer, the songpicker sees them, but has amnesia next time I open it

Support told me they 've seen this bug and we 'll wait for the patch

Well, this kind of thing is one of the reasons I keep all my songs in a separate folder outside of Bandbox.
With 2019, you only have to search for the folder the first time. After that it automatically goes there.

Rob, what release build version of 2019 are you using?
I thought this was resolved prior to Build 604, but your issue may be different.

I always use the newest version 604, but it happenend in all my 2019 versions. Support said they 'll have a patch

Because pgmusic tells about a maximum of 50000 songs to be indexed in the songpicker I moved all my 22.500 songs to x/bb/songs . Here biab failed to remember this number. Today I tried to let biab songpicker index some smaller subfolders and that worked. So it's partly solved. Seems my jazzfolder with 16000 titles is to big to handle. I removed my jazz folder from the songs folder and now songpicker is working fine.

Yes I can join you in verifying this problem. I have 28516 songs and the load stops at 52% and goes no further. Then when I re-enter the list, it prompts me to recreate. This is very buggy and along with many other "new features" needs fixing.

Another tester reported the indexing percentage stopped midway like you are saying, but then the process appeared to have worked, or mostly worked, despite appearing to not work. Anyway, I’m sure the patch is being worked on.

Same problem here, I just can't use the songpicker, waiting for a patch.
