Firstly, both BIAB.EXE and BIAB64.EXE need to be run using "Run as administrator" to get the best performance out of BIAB. To set this permanently whenever BIAB is started, go to your x:\bb folder, right-click on the .exe file, select 'Properties' and then under the 'Compatibility' tab, set "Run as administrator".

Secondly, we need to know a little more information. What exactly do you mean when you say you say that you installed the 2019 update? What version of the program did you have before updating (e.g. MegaPak, UltraPak, etc.) and what version of the update did you get (e.g. PlusPak, upgrade from 2018/2019 to UltraPak, etc.).

If you use Live Help and talk to PG Music staff directly (I'm only a user like you), they should be able to help with your problem quicker since they will have your purchase records.
