Might want to check the file permissions on the song.
I had weirdness this morning with a file like that.
I had to set the file permissions to allow 'modify', as it was unchecked.
And yes I also was running as Administrator but my issue happened in Realband. However I was generating tracks so BiaB apps were in play.
Right-click the file and select Properties, then select the security tab.
See if Administrator and User can 'Modify'.
In my instance once I enabled Modify I could save the file.
