Have you tried setting BIAB 2019 to using MME as the audio driver to see if that makes a difference? That's what I have set up.

Last year, in the early days of the 2018 release, WAS caused a number of issues that seemed to be resolved as the year passed. There were definitely hiccoughs to start with, though, that were solved by using MME. (I don't know if that's the case this year but it's something that I'd try.)
