Hi PGM folks, Let me preface my comments by saying that I LOVE BIAB/RB- LOVE IT! That being said, I'd like to pass on some suggestions to the developers. At this point, I'm only interested in Jazz. Additional styles or RealTracks additions in other genres don't interest me personally. I sometimes find myself limited to a handful of players, and particularly soloists/solos that are up to my standards. If I could purchase more guitar solos, by, or on par with the amazing Mike Moreno, more piano from Jeff Lorber and Mike LeDonne, it would be much more useful to me than large, blanket revisions across all genres. I'd really love to see a better trumpet soloist, and one or two quality trumpet parts to use in horn blocks/stabs, to compliment my woodwinds.

The current nature of the annual update is similar to a cable TV package, where you're paying for many religious, shopping, and Latin channels that you're not going to use. :>) I recently did a tune using FUNK16.STY, where I was restricted to literally one player/part for each of the rhythm instruments, so I do think that some variety in Jazz is missing. I'm a strong horn player so I don't need woodwinds, but for those Jazzers that do, I feel that Phil Woods' alto is an antiquated sound, with Eric Alexander's tenor being much more tasteful for today, as would an Eric Marienthal on alto.
