In addition I would like to see the option at any time to add to the message title something like the following:
1-solved-user error
2-solved through a workaround
3-bug-verified
This way the monitors would first look at the bug-verified messages then if time permits look at the workarounds to see if an improvement could be made. Yes, another great idea and clarification. +1
