Yes, I know I should know this already but I've simply not had the time to really test out the VST. I have been reading all the posts about it however.

Peter says he and thousands of users are happy with it. Ok, I'll accept that but what exactly does it do for us that simply using D&D doesn't?

People are saying the generation times are very long, like 3-4 minutes in the VST compared to 30 seconds with Biab by itself.

That's just one point. There are dozens of others, so many in fact I'm completely confused as to what this thing is supposed to do. I thought it would be a replacement for Real Band for example. RB is a DAW that many think is sort of primitive as far as DAW's go so if a Biab VST is now available, is it supposed to work exactly the same as Biab itself or what? Biab inside whatever DAW anybody is using really makes RB redundant, correct?

If it's some sort of stripped down version of Biab then that has never been mentioned so I guess what I'm clumisly asking here is what are the parameters of the VST if it doesn't work exactly the same as Biab itself?

Peter posted a few days ago that they're working on videos for each DAW showing how it works. It sure would have been good to have had those ready to go when this whole thing was released because I don't have a clue.
