YES. :-) Go to the text "master" on the top strip towards the left > click-drag into the plus (+) symbol in the middle of the drop station, and a pop up menu prompt will ask you whether whether you what format you want to render them as (e.g. WAV, MP3, WMA) and also whether you want to export them as 1) separate tracks, 2) individual tracks, or 3) both.
