Can't deaf people feel notes, feel the vibrations? If there were some way to press a speaker against them so they'd feel the vibes? Yes, especially the bass notes. Our band played at a Christmas party for deaf people. It was one of the strangest jobs. Not a sound from the people there but once we started playing they all danced. If I remember correctly none of them wore shoes.
The bumper sticker said "I'm a veterinarian, therefore I can drive like an animal".
Suddenly I realized how many proctologists are on the road.
