I finally got BIAB 64 working. For anyone with a lot of static and distortion, click the Midi icon. Then unselect "Use VSTi/DXi synth."
Seems to me that may not be fix for someone that is using that.

That is one of the same issues I'm having... Distortion issues with Biab2019 I'm glad you found a workaround, but if you're using MIDI, it's still a problem...

I've been wanting to attempt MIDI but I can wait.

I have Windows 7 and if you have Microsoft GM Wavetable selected as my output MIDI driver (see image), MIDI playback is fine.
My ability to export MIDI as a wav file is limited without the VSTi/DXi active.

The desktop and my main BIAB computer:
Windows 10 Home 64
HP 64 based PC
8 G ram
Hard drive:
1 T free
814 G used
Presonus AudioBox 22VSL
The Dell laptop is running Windows 10 Home 64 is not as robust as the desktop. Enough though to run BIAB. The laptop has never seen the AudioBox.

That is one of the same issues I'm having... Distortion issues with Biab2019 I'm glad you found a workaround, but if you're using MIDI, it's still a problem... I solved my distortion issues with BiaB-64 on my laptop by changing my VSTi/DXi synth to Cakewalk TTS-1. Apparently my distortion problem (see my video) was the use of VSTSynthfont64
