Usually s file with “Chinese characters” is just a file with random characters, and since there are thousands of Chinese characters and only 26 English ones, it’s more likely to see Chinese characters. That seems like a lot of characters for google to translate it as a single word. I’d delete it, and assume it’s some file that got saved somewhere with a bad file name, we don’t ship a file like that.
