Hi Nigel,
That's how BIAB has always worked. The program doesn't save the Solo nor the Mute options for tracks.
If you want to 'silence' a track and have the information saved, reduce the track's volume to zero and then save.
Also, you could add your request to the Wishlist forum. While there's no guarantee that your wish will be granted, the PG Music developers do monitor the forum.
