Dear "dani48"...

Time after time, post after post, your songs re-awaken feeling of tenderness, of sweetness, and loving kindness in my soul -- and I'm a guy who lives in a world where, seemingly, men don't admit to each other that they harbor those kinds of feelings. We're only supposed to unveil those thoughts to women, usually.

Listening to "Dry Your Tears Away" made me want to touch someone, to wrap a blanket around myself and that "someone" and snuggle-up, to tell someone how much I love them, and then show them as much.

"Dry Your Tears Away" has a late 50's ambience that shows up most wonderfully in the golden vocal harmonies you fashioned on the melody, which is soothingly memorable. I hummed it as I went to the kitchen to attend to the dinner I was cooking on my stove. The medium-slow tempo combined with the dreamy instrumentation created and sustained a truly intimate and timeless sound and feel that was as gloriously romantic as a sunset.

I didn't want it to end, but it did, so, I guess I'll go back and drop the needle on the record one more time...

Thoroughly enchanted,

LOREN (a.k.a. "bluage")
