C:\Users\songwriterbob\AppData\Roaming\Avid\Pro Tools
have a look for your audio device ****ASIO.pio
you usually move the file out of the folder and backup elsewhere and reinstall the asio audio driver, upon Pro Tools boot it should ask to select a driver and then it will write the new ****ASIO.pio input/out preferences.
