Yes, of course! Your USB Audio Interface ("AI") works just like the Sound Card in your PC -- you can use it both to INPUT (say a guitar) and OUTPUT (say sound to your speakers) or anything else you want...

I have a Mixer attached into which I have a Microphone and a guitar amp plugged, I use it to record on RB or BIAB. The sound from the BIAB or RB comes out through the USB AI, then out into a new channel on the Mixer... which has the speakers attaced to it. Mind you my mixer has a sub/Alt 3-4 which is where I send the Mic and guitar channels to, then out to the AI... ) If you don't have a mixer just attach the speakers to your AI. Make sure you choose/specify this AI inside your BIAB settings so it knows where to send the sound output to.
