Michael,
I reported this to the developers a couple of days ago. Panic [F12] is the only what I've found to stop it.
For what it's worth, it only happens using BIAB 64-bit. I took the song that I was working on in BIAB 32-bit and it's played fine ever since. So for this song, because it uses a MIDI melody, I'm continuing to work in BIAB 32-bit.
Maybe build 610 will address this issue. Peter Gannon has mentioned, in another thread, that it will be released on Monday.

Noel i had this happen as well and was able to stop it by muting and unmuting tracks. Seemed to be the guitar track most often
