Hi, sorry to be a pain with probably an easy solution. I have held off installing the 2019 upgrade as long as possible but have put it on a portable seagate hard drive so it wouldn't interfere with my 2018 version. All seemed to work well apart from the real tracks from 301 upwards tell me they are not available. I realise that set 800 comes from the 2019 40 pak. I installed everything to the H drive which was identified as the Seagate. I have a folder "real tracks" where I believe these tracks may situated. Not sure why they didn't follow the rest to wherever they went. I thought they may have been left off the disc that I loaded this from so went to my page and down loaded them again from there to no avail. I used the H drive as the source. I should mention here I am not great with computer jargon and tech terms. I have a link which may assist with the answer. Strangely enough this folder also appears on my C drive in the 2018 version ???
My software details are listed in my profile. Thanks.

Thanks Noel, on the advice of PG I purchased the $149 option. Looking now it should have been the $99 upgrade as I had all tracks up to 300. I relied on them for their suggestions. Chatting to them today it seems they want me to send the disc back and them send a new one. Bit ridiculous as there is nothing new except the tracks over 300.
Any way back to the issue. I have on the seagate drive - Seagate Expansion Drive(H:)>bb>RealTracks
Rightly or wrongly, I made a copy of the 2018 bb and copied on to this drive as well (you can see that in this video). This has the same folder with the same files in it!! This has also been transferred to the BB on my laptop C drive?? Not sure what you mean about 2 files that you mentioned. Thanks for you reply Don

Watching the movie in light of your new comments certainly helped. Thank you.
I see that you have the 2018 copy in it's own directory. This is good and it's great that you've backed it up and you've backed it up correctly.
What concerns me is that there is no Setup.exe file in the root directory of your USB drive. This is strange because every USB drive that I've ever got from PG Music has the setup program in its root directory. I wonder if this is why PG Music asked you to return it?
That said, BIAB does not have to be installed from the USB drive. What you can do is....
1. Log-in into your sales account.
2. You'll see the 2019 exe files available under "My Programs". If you don't see these, go to the registration section within your Sales Account and register the version of BIAB that you received. The serial number should be on the USB drive.
3. There will be a few exe files and they will be around 1 - 2 GB big. One of these will be the program file (BIAB and Realband) and it will be about 2 GB.
4. The other files will be bonus material and Realtracks. It will be easy to identify what's what.
5. Download and run each one of these exe files and install them into the \bb folder of your computer (I'm assuming that you run BIAB from your computer and not the USB drive). These installations will update your 2018 BIAB/RB to 2019. This is safe to do because you have your backup on the USB drive.
(Note, because you only need the new Realtracks, just download the Realtrack files 300-328.)
Thanks Noel, PG only wanted me to return the drive because I suggested I didn’t need to buy this product....the $99 version would have done. They are happy to supply that but I have to return this one first!! Bit ridiculous seeing I have all that anyway. I would be happy if they just supplied the 2019 49 pack and I pay any difference if any tp make up the amount I paid. Certainly not sending it back as I pay the freight. I have in fact gone into my account and downloaded the sets over 300, ran them and presumed I saved them into H: RealTracks but still they are N/A. I did this with the Xtra packs 1 -5 as they did not come with the upgrade of course. I believe they are all good. I will have to wait a week to do much downloading as we are vanning by the lake at Murtoa hoping it’s going to cool down a bit. Thanks for the advice, I’ll get back to you unless you can think of something else. May have to start again with a fresh install. Cheers

I might have misinterpretted your posts above but it sounds like you have created a folder called Realtracks off the H:\bb\Realtracks folder.
When the files are installed, just double-check the option about where to locate Realtracks. All the installations that I've received from PG Music have always directed the files to C:\bb -- I change that to P:\bb since that is where my \bb directory is.
If you have a look at the graphic below, you can see that Realtracks installation is directed to P:\bb and NOT P:\bb\Realtracks. The note above the path will direct you. Notice how it says "Usually the same as your band in a box folder" and the top path option clarifies that the band in a box folder is usually "C:\bb"
Go to the Realtracks folder and see if you have another folder off this one called "Realtracks" that contains some Realtracks, too.
Lastly, are you planning on running 2019 from the USB drive? Is that why you directed the Realtrack installation to there? If not, with 2018 backed up, you might find it easier to simply install 2019 over the top of your 2018 installation (that's what I did and all is working fine).
Good morning Noel if you are about. I thought the disc prompted me in install RealTracks at H:RealTracks where you I think indicate it should be H:bb. Am I getting that message? Can I therefore just move that folder to H:bb or is there another way to create the path via preferences. Enjoy the weekend Don

I have just uninstalled the program and started again from the Hard drive sent from PG. It took another 6 hours to load on the Seagate drive!! I installed everything in H:bb (Seagate portable drive). I still have no real tracks over 300 and they appear the the real track picker as N/A. Think it’s a call to P.G.

I had the same situation occur. After doing the install - from the shipped drive to my C drive - over the existing install (how I have always done it), ALL the the RealTracks above 300 were listed as N/A.
But... I could still load them into a song in BIAB. They even appeared in the mixer with the N/A in front of the RealTrack name. But, they still regenerated - they were actually there and usable.
However... after I went to the Style Picker and did a Rebuild (a fast one), all of the N/A designations disappeared.
I mention this in case you haven't done it already... after a reinstall, it's necessary to download and run the latest update (which is now #610). Since updates are cumulative, the latest update also includes all earlier updates. The update site is below.
Also, after the latest update has been installed, as a test open H:\bb, right-click on the file BBW64.EXE that's found in H:\bb and select "Run as administrator".
When BIAB starts, enter Stylepicker and then run a 'Fast rebuild'.
In the video you posted originally, I noticed that the title bar of the RealTracks Picker showed that it was looking in C:\bb\RealTracks. It sounds like you were expecting it to be looking in H:\bb\RealTracks since that's where you installed the 2019 material.
I would say that either you were running Band-in-a-Box from C:\bb and had not set a custom folder location, or you were running Band-in-a-Box from H:\bb and a custom folder location was unintentionally set to C:\bb\RealTracks - either way, check the RealTracks Preferences dialog (click Prefs button in RealTracks Picker) and make sure that it is what you expect.
Thanks all for the input. Not sure if Noel was trying to get me to do what Andrew suggested by the fix came with the Real Track and Real drum preferences set to H drive where it defaulted to C:. Only issue now is that in the Style picker the 2019 Bonus Tracks are showing N/A ???? Is there another catch with the bonus tracks?? Thanks for getting me this far. Cheers for 2019
