I can't see any of those files in the 610 update or the original bandinabox_realband_2019_pro.exe installer.
I installed to the 2018 folder so it already had VJT.
In bb\Data\Installer I can't see any.
Maybe someone else with a clean 2019 install can try.
I just looked on my Audiophile 2019 drive and there's no VJT folder in F:\bb\Data
So just try and copy the VJT folder from the 2018 X:\bb\Data
