I have now made three requests (latest one just this morning) to sales@pgmusic for a refund of the 2019 BIAB purchase. It is not really what I need at this time after I tried it out. I have heard nothing from them, not even an auto-acknowledgement email!

Not sure if they are ignoring it, are busy, or are simply not there...Live Chat is and they advised that that was the correct place to send the request.

Has anyone else experienced tardiness from PG in regard to refunds/cancellations?
