Have you tried this:
1-right click on the start button
2-click on device manager
3-click on the > by the Universal Serial Bus controllers
4-Right click on a Hub
5-click on Properties
6-click on Power Management
7-uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
8-repeat #4-7 until all hubs have be unchecked.
Win 10 update loves to reset these settings. I check mine after every update.
I hope this helps.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
