Usually I just do the basic song in Biab then open in RB, do tend to use a lot of midi styles.

I just generate a number of realtracks then in RB (usually several of the same so as to get variations) then render the midi tracks in RB and import the resulting Wav files into Cubase.

Thanks again for enlightening me on the difference between normalizing midi tracks and audio, does make sense.
