Hi confused
I am some what puzzled by this post.
If you have been to all the trouble to balance the mix of the midi tracks volume in the mixer, and also used a touch sensitive keyboard to play in notes of varying velocity,For expression, on say the melody track. Then surely you would want to maintain that mix and expression in the final audio file.
Making sure that the overall volume of the audio file is up to the correct volume level.
I can not see any reason to undo all of that, and bring all the tracks and quiet passages up to the same level.
May be I misunderstand your intentions
