A little off topic, but I'd like to say that I just had great service from the team.
I bought 2009.5 localy. (I happen to live in Victoria.) When I went to register it, I saw that 2010 had come out. I contacted PGMusic via email and received a message the next day. Jareth answered the questions I had regarding upgrading to 2010. When I asked about updating to the Mega Pac, I also got a fast reply. After a couple more emails, the upgrade was in the works. I was advised to call to confirm my address, as the team was receiving quite a few emails lately. I phoned this morning and was able to upgrade everything within about 10 minutes.
i will be able to pick up my new package on Monday (my first available day off), and will have a much better system than what I had intended to purchase at slightly less than what I expected to pay. Thanks Team PG.
Sorry for going off topic Septolus. I was really happy with the service I received and thought it would be fair to see a counterpoint. Hopefully everything gets fixed up for you.
